1. Why Resin & Live Edge Tables?

Resin (also known as epoxy) is very durable, customizable, and most importantly beautiful. With a wide range of colours, sizes, finishes and designs, the only limit to what we can deliver is your imagination.

2. What is the process from start to delivery?

The process begins with a consultation either in person, or via telephone to discuss what it is you are looking for and sort out all the specifics of your project.

Next we take the info discussed during the consult and provide a free no obligation quotation. Once the client is in acceptance of the quote we take a deposit to confirm commitment and we move on the sourcing and build phase.

After the all the details have been confirmed we begin by sourcing the right materials for your job if we do not already have in stock in our shop. From there our team begins the build and works diligently to keep the cost and schedule as promised while never sacrificing quality or cutting corners. Once completed we inform you that your project is complete via your preferred method of communication (telephone, email, text) and schedule a mutually agreed upon time to for pick up. We are also able to deliver directly to you if preferred or more convenient for a nominal fee.

3. How long does it take?

Turnaround time for each project varies greatly based on the nature of the build, the size, the extent of customization, the materials required and the location of the customer. In general we find that we are able to turnaround most projects in 2-8 weeks.

4. Are there any upfront costs, how much does it cost for shipping?

Once the client has reviewed the provided quotation and would like to move forward with their project we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance of the quoted price is

In terms of shipping costs, this depends entirely on the the end destination, size and weight of the project being shipped. Any shipping costs if applicable will be outlined in your quotation at the initial phase to eliminate any surprises after the fact.

5. How do I care for my furniture?

All of our builds are maintenance free. We finish all wood and resin with products that completely seal them to eliminate deterioration over time and the need to re-apply products periodically in the future.

6. Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, however all international shipments are subject to import/customs fees in addition the shipping fees quoted. Please check with regulations and fees associated with shipping to your destination country prior to placing an order.
